Terms for using the publisher.

KIPLIROO Publishing is a creator-facing tool that helps an authorized creator transfer a local video to that creator’s TikTok Inbox for review. You must own or have permission to use every video you upload and must comply with TikTok’s terms and community rules.

Your control

You choose when to connect TikTok and when to confirm a transfer. This service does not make a public TikTok post. After transfer, TikTok controls the Inbox editing and final publishing experience.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, infringing, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content. Do not attempt to bypass TikTok safeguards or upload credentials.

Availability

The service is provided as a small free publishing tool and may change or be unavailable. We do not guarantee TikTok approval, delivery, or availability.
